Functionality as expected, but I truly can't understand why there is no language menu. I don't have my phone in German, French or Italian, so it defaults to German. It isn't even a difficult thing to add, it's just a little list with a few events attached, so it's appalling. Edit: reading you consider it a requirement to have the phone in a specific language is just bad design, but business as usual for a lot of swiss companies

I like the service it provides, it worked well in front of the checkout, fast and reliable. Unfortunately a major disappointment is that it's not possible to change the language in settings of the app. Although I have Italian as second language in my phone the app doesn't pick it up. As developer I know that if the app already has a way to detect the language and change it in the app, it wouldn't be a big hassle to make a small menu in the settings to override the default choice. Please update.

Dear customer, the Migros Bank TWINT app uses the language of the settings of your device. It is required that one of the Swiss national languages is set as the main language, which is then also used for the app. Kind regards, Migros Bank

Unusable: During registration, after returning from the MigrosBank app (needed for confirmation) the Twint app has failed server connection, then just freezes with a white screen at step 6/9. Update: On the second attempt, it worked, but only after about 30s delay with a spinning progress indicator and no indication of what the app is doing in the background. Better, but still not the way to write payment software.
